Options to submit application, contract, and deposit (Application, contract, and deposit can be submitted together):
1) By mail, the address is found at the bottom of the last page of the contract.
2) By email, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The only electronic option to pay deposit is through the Venmo app. Funds would be sent to username @aftonapartments.
3) In person at the apartments by appointment. Text the on-site manager, Thayne, at 435-232-0253.
Applications are given priority in the order they are received with the deposit. If there are no longer available rooms, your full deposit will be returned to you.
